NudgeNod stores what's needed to run check-ins: the setter's name and email, each person's name and phone number, the check-in times and words, and when each one was answered.

Check-ins like "meds" can be health information. We never sell any of it, and there are no ads or trackers on our pages.

When you type a check-in, its words alone (never names or numbers) may be checked by an AI service that does not train on your data, to keep texts short and appropriate.

Messages are sent through Twilio (texts and WhatsApp). Payments go through Stripe.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data is kept while the account is active and deleted 30 days after it's paused or closed. Message text is deleted after 90 days. Opt-outs are kept so we never message someone who said stop. Daily backups are kept for up to 30 days, then deleted.
