NudgeNod

Terms

NudgeNod is in beta and provided as-is. It is not a medical, safety or emergency service and never a substitute for 911. It records replies; it doesn't check that anything was actually done.

Messages travel through phone carriers, WhatsApp and Twilio, which NudgeNod doesn't control, so some may arrive late or not at all. Never rely on NudgeNod for anything urgent.

Free days: when a check-in doesn't reach someone because of NudgeNod or those services (an outage, a send error, a carrier or WhatsApp refusal), we add a free day for that person — automatically, before you ask. During the free week it makes the week longer; after that it comes off your bill. A person turning check-ins off (STOP) or a paused account isn't a missed day.

The setter is responsible for what they ask people to do, and for telling them to expect these messages. Each person agrees for themselves by replying to join. People must be 13 or older (18 or older in India); a parent consents for 13–17-year-olds.

Text messages: NudgeNod check-ins are daily messages a setter arranges for someone, who joins by texting JOIN themselves. Up to 6 messages a day (3 check-ins and one reminder each). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or email contact@nudgenod.com. Reply STOP to end all messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

First week free, then the listed price per person per month. Cancel anytime.

Liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months. Operated by Parag Bhagwat.
